Option 2 Deal taking
This is perfect if you want to buy properties you find or want access to the ready-made deals we put together Some partner's to a blend of the two options above and some just select one, it is a personal choice.

What risks are involved with this business?

If doing Deal making then you have no risk as you are a middle man and do not even need to buy a property, you just secure good price and flip the contract on to a buyer making a fee.

If deal taking then this is an investment that carries a small degree of risk, naturally you could get tenants that don't pay and so on but our training minimizes the usual costly mistakes

Do I have to be in the UK to run this business?

Not at all, in this day and age we can run the business remotely from anywhere in the world as long as you have a phone and internet connection.

How many hours do I have to commit to make this successful?

We only accept applicants that have at least 10 hours per week

Do I need property experience?

No, 96% of the current partners have no previous experience in property

How long will it take to get my initial investment back?

It can vary depending on what your strategy is while we work together, if doing Deal making then this is a fairly quick

way to get cash in the bank and you can expect to get your initial investment back within 3-6 months. If doing Deal taking you can get your investment back in just one deal, let's take an example of you take a property worth £100,000 but actually pay £80,000 for it (very common deal for us) you instantly have £20,000 of equity (free money)

What happens at the end of our agreement in 2 years time?

You can simply go on to a rolling monthly contract paying the £166.66+VAT and get the same benefits

Fast Property Partners combines training, support and access to an experienced property network built over many years of operating in the UK property market.

We also offer an action-based money-back guarantee, which reflects our confidence in the quality of the support, systems and training provided. Full details of the guarantee and qualifying criteria are provided in our partner agreement.

Unlike many training providers, we remain actively involved in property projects and transactions through our wider network of property businesses, allowing partners to learn from real-world experience as well as structured training.

As with any business venture or property activity, results will vary depending on individual effort, experience and market conditions.

Not at all, in this day and age we can run the business remotely from anywhere in the world as long as you have a phone and internet connection.

The franchise fee is £9,000. In addition, you'll need circa £1,500 to register your company and get fully compliant with regulatory bodies and ensures your business is set up correctly. You'll also need to allocate at least £500/month for marketing.

We only accept applicants who have 10 hours a week to allocate to this business.

The timeframe will vary for each partner depending on the effort applied, the local property market, and how quickly the training is implemented.

Some partners secure their first deal within the first few months of starting, but results and timescales will differ for everyone.

Like any business venture, there are risks involved and success is not guaranteed. The speed at which partners secure deals and generate income can vary depending on factors such as individual effort, experience, local market conditions and the time committed to building the business.

The deal sourcing model can be lower capital than many other property strategies because partners are typically introducing opportunities to investors rather than purchasing property themselves. However, partners are responsible for running their own business and results will vary.

After the 12-month license agreement you can simply go onto a rolling monthly contract for £197 + VAT and get the same benefits and support.
